Thank you for your interest in Belair Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Belair”).

Please be advised that we have established the following terms and conditions
Please be aware of the following terms and conditions when signing a contract with us.
1.Formation of a contract
The contract will be considered finalized and the reservation confirmed upon our approval and confirmation of the deposit of 33,000yen after the customer’s application has been submitted via the “Reservation Status Calendar.
The deposit is due within 3 days of approval. Please note that your application may be automatically cancelled if we cannot confirm your payment after the due date.
(*It takes time to confirm payment on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and consecutive holidays, so it may take some time to complete the contract.
*Some plans, such as joint plans with other companies, require a different payment method.
2.Payment of the total amount of services applied for (excluding the deposit)
We will send you a “Final Estimate” at least 7 days prior to the shooting date. Please make payment by credit card within 3 days after the final estimate is confirmed.
3.Cancellation and schedule change
In the event of cancellation or schedule change for the customer’s convenience after this contract has been executed, The following cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the timing of the cancellation.
Cancellation and schedule change fees
Contract execution – 31 days prior to the scheduled shooting date
30% of the application amount
30 to 15 days prior to the scheduled shooting date
50% of the application amount
14 days to 4 days prior to the scheduled shooting date
70% of the application amount
3 days prior to the scheduled shooting date – the day of the shooting
100% of the application amount
*The cancellation date must be set by 6:00 p.m. on each day.
4.当社による解約
Please note that we may terminate this contract in the following cases.
(1) When the Company determines that the customer is a member of a crime syndicate, a group affiliated with a crime syndicate, or its related parties, or any other antisocial force or its related parties, etc.
(2) When the Company deems that the customer may commit an act that is offensive to the law or public order and morals, or that may cause trouble to other customers. The same shall apply in the case of threatening or intimidating behavior toward other customers or our staff.
(iii) In the event that the planned shooting location cannot be used due to a natural disaster, spread of infectious disease, poor management, or other reasons beyond our control, or if we are unable to deploy personnel.
In the case of (1) and (2) above, we may ask you to pay the cancellation fee stipulated in (3) above.
In the case of (3) above, consideration must be given to social conditions such as the declaration of a state of emergency due to a new type of coronavirus,
In addition, in the event that our staff members themselves have contracted a new type of coronavirus infection immediately prior to the shooting date, or are certified as a person in close contact with the new type of coronavirus, etc.
In the event that it becomes difficult to carry out the shooting due to social circumstances such as the declaration of an emergency situation caused by the new coronavirus, or the staff member himself/herself becoming infected with the new coronavirus just before the shooting day, or the certification of a person with intense contact with the virus, etc.
We will refund the full amount of the shooting fee or reschedule the shooting date.
We will respond with a full refund of the shooting fee or a change of the shooting date.
5.Product Handling Regulations
(1) For copyright reasons, we will replace the video service on the web with a free sound source before distribution.
(2) We will not be able to re-edit our album/video service after delivery.
(3) The storage period of data recorded at the time of shooting shall be as follows.
Photo data: 100 days after data delivery or notification of URL for downloading.
Video data: 60 days after product shipment or notification of URL for downloading.
If any hidden defects are found in the deliverables within 60 days from the date of delivery, the defects will be repaired or replaced.
6.Regarding handling in case of defects
If production of the product becomes impossible due to data damage or loss, we will refund the customer up to the selling price. In the event that production becomes impossible due to our responsibility, we will compensate the customer to the same extent.
Travel and accommodation expenses incurred for the wedding and filming will not be compensated.
If there is any discrepancy in the title of the album or the message in the video (name, message, etc.), we will make amends by repairing or replacing it.
7.damages
In the event that the Company suffers damage due to the intentional or negligent acts of the client or related parties, the client shall directly compensate the Company for the damage.
(e.g.) Damage to items due to intentional or negligent acts, soiling of costumes due to use beyond the scope of normal use, etc.
Conversely, if the Company causes damage to the client due to intentional or negligent acts, the Company shall compensate the client for the damage up to the amount of the price charged by the Company to the client.
8.Handling of Personal Information
The information you provide will be used only for the purpose of sending materials, ordering products, and providing services or products related to your personal information, and will not be disclosed or provided to any third party.
In the unlikely event that you wish to stop receiving information from us, or if you wish to change your personal information, please contact the person in charge at our company.
9.Warranty for rain, typhoons, and other weather conditions other than sunny days
If it rains or there is inclement weather on the scheduled shooting day, we will provide a rain guarantee.
In the event of rain or bad weather on the scheduled shooting day, you can choose one of the following options.
In the case of the “Chapel + Photo Wedding Plan” and other plans that use facilities not operated by the Company, there may be cases where the shooting cannot be cancelled in the event of rain or will be conducted indoors only.
(1) Reschedule the date of shooting during your stay and shoot again.
(*This is limited to cases where a photographer and beauty staff can be arranged.
In the event that the shooting is postponed, if the original reservation date is a weekday and the requested rescheduled date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, an additional fee will be required,
If the original shooting date is a weekday and the desired rescheduled date is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, an additional fee will be required. If the original reservation date is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, and you wish to change the date to a weekday, you will be required to pay an additional fee.
If the original reservation date is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday and the date is changed to a weekday, no refund will be made.
(2) Same plan and same price, postponed within one year (Weekend and holiday rates may vary depending on the season).
(3) Change to the Studio Plan (indoor photography plan) and receive a refund for the difference from the plan you have already applied for.
(*Only when there is space available in the studio)
(4) Refund the full amount
The customer is responsible for bank transfer fees.
If it is cloudy on the day of the shooting, the shooting will be carried out.
If the shooting is conducted on a cloudy or rainy day, the sky will be recorded as “cloudy sky with dark brightness” or “pure white sky with white gaps” instead of blue sky, and the sea will be recorded as “low color tone and brightness” instead of blue sea in the photos and videos. Please understand that this is different from the “blue ocean, blue sky, and clear sunset” shown on the website and in the brochure.
In the event that the weather is cloudy on the day of the shoot, cancellation fees will be charged as usual.
In case of bad weather during the shooting
If it rains after the shooting, we will “wait for rain” as long as time permits.
However, if the staff decides that it is impossible to continue shooting, the number of shots taken up to that point will be cancelled,
If it is determined by our staff that no further shooting is possible, we will deliver the number of shots that have been taken up to that point.
